Absolutely horrible experience at Charm Salon! I went in for waxing, and they burned my skin so badly that I ended up with blisters and painful inflammation on my inner forearm. I repeatedly told them that the wax was way too hot and could burn me, but they completely ignored my warnings though they were well-spoken. When I reported it to the owner along with pictures of my burned skin, they did NOTHING. No apology, no concern, not even an acknowledgment of their mistake. Just pure negligence and zero responsibility. The lady who burned my skin didn't know how to do waxing at the first place. Seems like I was an experiment mice for her to get her practice done to be a beautician someday. A salon that doesn't care about its customers' safety has no business running. Stay far away unless you want to leave with burns and no accountability from them. I would never step foot in this place again! Edit- LOL, thank you for your irrelevant and hilarious recommendation to see an endocrinologist. Maybe I should also consult a physicist to understand how "heatless wax" magically burned my forearm? I see you're desperately trying to protect your name after delivering absolutely horrible service and refusing to take accountability. Your immature, baseless defense and asking me for a prescription won't change the fact that you burned my skin and no amount of gaslighting or denial can undo that. Let me educate you on what actually happened since you clearly weren't paying attention and way too arrogant and over smart on call: I repeatedly told the so-called beautician that the wax was too hot for me to handle, but she completely ignored me. I specifically asked for a wooden spatula for applying wax since steel spatchula was also way too hot for me to handle, but she went ahead with a steel spatula, which, surprise surprise, was SCORCHING HOT. I immediately screamed in pain when she applied it, my skin turned red instantly, and I told her right then and there that it was burning, yet nothing was done to fix it. Now, instead of taking responsibility like a professional business, you're out here writing essays full of excuses. Oh, and funny how I'm not the only one, there's another review from a different woman with a picture complaining about you burning her skin without an apology. What a reputation you've built! If you put half the effort into training your staff as you do into writing nonsense excuses, maybe your salon wouldn't have so many one-star reviews. But hey, keep digging that hole deeper, at least you're consistent in being pathetically unprofessional. Horrible place, zero accountability, and an absolute joke of a response. Never again!

Even though I am a regular at this place since it's just next door.. Lately the service quality has reduced very much. I went there to get a simple hair trimming and the owner lady trimmed my hair herself. Just to blow dry my short shoulder length hair, she needed assistance in even that.. Both of them together could not manage the blow dry and mishandled it in a way to burn my face. I understand accidents may happen but It's not even ironing or anything so difficult just petty blow dry with a darn dryer!!! There was even no apologies or anything later from the owner when I reported it to them! I think while their prices are very competitive, the quality of service is pretty messy. I have been at other places with similar prices and services have been way too good and the staff has been professional which no staff here is. It's just a training camp for young girls who want to be beautician some day. Too annoyed and disheartened with not only the lack of experience and poor service but also the coldness in terms of customer support to a regular customer. Never visiting again.

I recently visited this salon for eyebrow services. While the service itself was decent, the experience was far from comfortable. It was extremely hot, and when I politely asked to have the AC turned on, they reluctantly agreed. However, upon leaving, the staff made rude comments about my request, suggesting it wasn't justified for a 'low price service.' This behavior left a sour impression. Customer comfort should never be compromised, regardless of the service cost. Very disappointing

I did my pre bridal facial and availed other services as well. The behavior and atmosphere were too good and I'm satisfied with their services. I also did my bridal makeup. It was awesome. I was fully satisfied by their behavior and dedication.

Excellent work! I did my face cleaning, waxing and threading. Sohini did an incredible job and she is also super efficient on what she does. Soma was also supporting and she does her work patiently. Very neat work and the service is truly value for money. Highly recommended.

Really had a great experience! The staff is great and really takes great care, they listen to your concerns genuinely and also provide the best look that suit your face.

I did my hair spa and pedicure from Charm beauty salon. I didn't have to wait for long, and the services were outstanding!! Suma and Shanta did a great job with my hair spa and pedicure. Haimanti di, who's the owner, was very hospitable and such a knowledgeable person to have a great conversation with! She was very attentive toward her customers and makes sure they are having a good time while being pampered! Highly recommended and definitely my to-go place for beauty regimes!
