I got my highlights from De Roos Salon recently and no doubt I had a very satisfying result. Staffs are super cool and they make me comfortable in every way. Very pleased with the service. Highly recommending De-Roos Salon, Kasba.

WARNING - AVOID DE ROOS SALON ... I'm extremely disappointed and appalled by the horrific experience I had at De Roos salon in kasba. Despite informing them about my dandruff issue, they recklessly suggested a Botox treatment that led to severe scalp damage, red patches, and oozing puss. The lack of professionalism and care is staggering. To add insult to injury, they had the audacity to shift blame and deny responsibility, claiming I hadn't disclosed my skin issues. This is utterly unacceptable, especially considering I've had similar treatments elsewhere without issues. What's even more shocking is that they charged 4750 for this disaster. Their focus seemed more on capturing AI videos with glossy effects than addressing my concerns. It's evident that they used excessive chemicals, inferior products, or expired creams, leading to this catastrophe. I urge everyone to avoid this salon and beware of their unprofessional service and blatant disregard for client well-being. I went to the salon for the first time for a haircut. Impressed by their professionalism and amicable behaviour I also agreed to a detan facial which worked very well for me. Wonderful customer care by the owner and staff. I wish to visit the place again.
