Received a wonderful service...and I'm genuinely happy with my hair ..and also the behaviour of the staffs are very good

I paid 2300 money for the worst salon. My hair has become even more dry after the wash. Haven't had an experience like this in any other salon. I can't even recommend anyone to visit this salon. I'll also escalate to other salons regarding the service. Such a bad experience.

I did the botox treatment the service was awesome they also recommend me to do a anti dandruff treatment for better results of the botox and also for better growth of my hairs.... I love the service.. Thank you

I have terrible experience. They just destroy my skin . I went for hydra facial at barasat outlet. The lady suggest me to take lotus facial with hydra and they bill 2000rs and the result my skin got darker and they use the machine so terribly that left scars on my face... Don't take any service from them.. and don't trust their offers.

When I visited for the first time in January 2024, there was not a single piece of nail polish for padi and mani in the salon. Even they didn't buy one for the customer. I've told them several times to buy one. But the logic was they didn't have the enough money to buy!!!! Overall Good service and I'm happy and satisfied with the recent service.

My name is Afsha Shakil. This month I got hair smoothning done from here.But the smoothning was disasterous. On day 2 my hair got frizzy. I showed it to them they said it is impossible to fix frizzy hair with smoothning which is absolutely wrong. They took 4500 and included some bull shit treatment in it saying my dandruff will get controlled. None of it happened. Worst service. I should have checked reviews bfr availing. Within 2 weeks my hair became rough and there are significant bends and curls in the hair. I am totally devasted. Plllss do not avail services from here.
