The Gravity Family Salon

Came here to give my feedback on the services provided to me. I am having worst experience ever as I went for a hair spa and hair smoothening in Sodepur branch. Two completely unprofessional guy ( I doubt whether they have a simple training) just burnt my hair completely. I can provide the photos of my hair as well . Right now my hair is completely burnt and they accepted the mistake as they used some chemical which burnt my hair . Horrible experience . I won't recommend anyone to avail services from this salon. Another one thing just to inform please train your employees otherwise everyone will hate the services like me

The service was really great! Staff were very friendly and amiable especially Priya, the hairdresser. She was very mindful about my requirements and gave great suggestions. Will definitely go again!

Good behavior from staffs, nice service. But some staffs are new in this profession I guess they are in learning stage and they are taking a risk like hair cutting, which can spoil or make your entire look. So a little bit dissapoited in this part. Otherwise service is good. I got my hair cut from karan. He is an experienced guy. I am statisfied. Thanks.

The entire staff of Gravity is courteous and accommodating. They did an amazing job on my haircut. It was exactly the way I wanted. They were awesome, polite and sweet. Highly recommended

Very rude and unprofessional behaviour from the staff.. such a horrible experience.. try hiring more professional staff for better customer satisfaction.
