I have been to this saloon 3 times now and I am very happy with the experience. They are great with the work they do and I am very happy with the outcome. They can be a little bit pricey but the work done justifies the price! I was also touched that during the 6 hour smoothening session...when they found I was hungry they arranged for something to eat as well.

Worst experience. Had a hair cut yesterday. They totally cut my hair in an uneven way They are not trained properly. Totally worst place. Very much disappointed.

Hair cut is average/ not upto the mark but facial and other treatments are good. The beautician gives proper advice and guidance.

My wife goes here regularly and she is satisfied, though on the recent occasion she had an issue. But, they requested her to come back and fixed the glitch to her satisfaction. She made a special mention to the guy Rahul who is very courteous, polite and efficient.

Worst experience ever. Visited yesterday and successfully wasted my time and money. Will not visit again. Totally inexpert hairdresser, who just want to sell their product by feeling you low about your hair. I would have given them negative star if I could.

The ambiance of this place is good, but the main problem with this place is that the hairdressers here gets changed very frequently. Every single time one vists the place he is to find a new dresser serving. It becomes increasingly difficult as the dresser don't get a scope to know the nature of the hair and get adjusted with the styling one requires. Thus ending up with a hair cut the customer never wanted.

Staff were very courteous and well trained. Cost is quite reasonable. Overall both me and my wife are happy with the respective services we got.
