Very disappointed with the haircut ! I specifically mentioned i didnt want to shorten my length but staff chopped off all my hair and there's no volume and the cut looks disastrous to say the least . ..i went there seeing the ratings but this experiment costed me with a disaster hair cut...i wouldnt recommend anyone to this salon as the hair dressers dont know anything about good hair cut..so so diaapointing... manager behaviour so bad . First learn your own skills then say things about the customer . Pathetic experience

Untrained unprofessional staffs, do not know how to follow simple instructions about haircut. Do not value customer's time and need. Constantly talking over phone while cutting hair. No follow up from the team in reaction to the review posted earlier by my relative. She's still suffering with her hair after the disastrous haircut.
