CRYSTAL - Unisex salon & Makeup Studio

For me, this is the best parlour in santipur.... Priya di for threading and a guy, I donno his name but he's so good at haircuts...

Today (22nd Sep,24) I went to crystal as 10months ago I got superb haircut by a lady staff there. But unfortunately she was not present today. After waiting long hours (because of Durga Puja rush), a staff named Prakash did my haircut. I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED with the service.. it's a horrible haircut,very unprofessional . I don't know if they are hiring random guys to meet Durga Puja rush?! Moreover Now they are charging double!!!!! Not gonna visit again!

Highly NOT recommended. It doesn't satisfy its own title - being UNISEX, because it isn't! They prefer only high paying customers, not mere boys' haircut, which holds ample number of customer. Secondly their overconfidence. I think they need more training, there are things that they yet to know and apply. Finally, customer service. Zero! I have been their regular customer , and I returned back ( without my haircut) for 3-4 times even after going there on their own stipulated time, waiting there for hours. Every customer is valuable; there shouldn't be any compromise in this scenario. Hope they will improve soon.

I gave them one very simple directive, "I need to cut it short". What they did is that me requiring another haircut in two weeks. They act like they are doing magic with your hair where they don't or can't perform the simplest of tasks, i.e., to cut your hair according to your preferable length. Disgusting!

I have been coming to Crystal for the last 2 years for service; Trust me the best place to get a perfect haircut and other services. And also the behavior of the staff is very good.

I have been a regular customer of Crystal since its opening. The problem is that if you go to Crystal before the puja, you don't want to do the work, and you behave badly. I have shared with you the experience of the last two years.

Strongly Recomended, Excellent service, staffs are all good. Best salon in this town, please visit.

Absolutely not satisfied with hair cut. They should restrain themselves with the common haircuts and not to destroy one's hair with mere experiment. Don't go for any special hair cut
