My friend is dona's old customer today she visited for hair straightening one of the dona's employee don't have any experience on hair straightening and also don't know how to behave with customer now a days dona's providing 3rd class service i will share with my friend and family don't visit there.

Today is the Grand opening. Full phase starts with very experienced well trained faculties. Well decorated . All facilities are available like haircuts, pedicures, Neil art etc. Good behavior. Please visit this place..thank you..

Terrible experience! The stylist was incredibly rude and didn't listen to what I wanted. They rushed through the cut and left my hair looking uneven and shapeless. Now I have to go somewhere else to fix it. Definitely wouldn't recommend!

This saloon is going to a worst position. During Puja, probably they are running out of stylist and requisite chair. I visited here for a haircut and beard style. They said me to wait in lounge. After waiting when it was my turn, they insisted me to do the haircut first without doing shampoo. I raised question, but they did not bothered. Now after haircut they sent me to the shampoo chair. After waiting for more than 5 minutes, when someone came to start the shampoo, I clearly said that I am suffering from cold and cough and thus requested him to do the process quickly and obviously with warm water. But the stuff is so much less proficient that he did not understand the magnitude of my health condition and started doing shampoo with cold water, after a few seconds, he moved somewhere keeping my head wet, I was shivering due to cold at that time. After 5 minutes, he came back, but when I said my grievance, they showed some casual approach as if it is nothing... I became surprised by their unprofessional behaviour and I am regretting for going there.... They have showed very poor proficiency....

I went there for hair colouring and keratin treatment and I must say the service was very good... my hair was such a mess earlier but now they have turned super soft after the treatment.. The Stylist Subhash and his team was very professional and took such a good care of me while the whole procedure.. Must go there and experience for atleast once.. You will not regret it..

I got a haircut from Chandan, the final result was awesome. All the staffs are well behaved and well mannered. They are polite. My overall experience was very good.
