Spark Parlour

I visited for hair cut I asked hair cut rate he said 150 +100(sampoo)= 250 I said previously hair cut price is 100 then owner and his one staff said me go road side saloon and cut your hair in 100. I m shocked it's to unprofessional behaviour so my suggestion is that don't go.......
