MEN PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THE STORE FOR A HAIRCUT! there are talented people for women's styling who I have known personally here but there is only one male stylist and he is horrible. Even though i told him what i wanted, and gave him independence on the specifics, his work was shocking. in the middle of giving me my haircut, he started shouting at me for having long hair and said "mai toh boldeta hu mai nai sochta." then he started his own thing and gave me a weird chapri haircut. he also took a size 1 trimmer and ran it through my beard without asking. after i told him that he was doing everything wrong, he started trying to fix it with wax but it just looked horrible.

I recently visited SOS for a waxing appointment and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. After the session, I noticed burn marks on my skin. The staff was friendly, but the procedure itself was not handled with the care and attention I expected. The burns are not only painful but have also left marks on my skin. This has caused me considerable discomfort and distress. I hope SOS takes this feedback seriously and implements better training and quality control measures to prevent this from happening to other clients. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this salon to others based on my experience.

Very bad experience... Service is not at all good staff out there cheats people.... They hire low-cost staff who have no experience... Mine experience is so bad not once but twice I faced the same thing

The most horrible experience I've ever had! Firstly, I had made an appointment with Deepak bhaiya but he showed no interest at all....then someone else took incharge and the hairstyle i wanted he couldn't even do near to that at all!!!!!! even after continuously telling him to add layers and volume to my hair, he simply made it too plain & short!!!!!! DON'T EVER GO TO SOS FOR ANYTHING!!!!!

I find the sf road branch artists be it for any service to be the best..On the other hand the sevoke road centre is a bit unorganised and they dont work or go ahead by a plan..Over the phone they take appointments and say so and so person will do the service but the artists who are assigned the services are not at all interested in attending the clients and handover the services to there colleagues..The sf road artists work in a systematic and an organized manner in regards to which the clients dont have to suffer..The sevoke road centre needs the owners visit on a regular visit to get there work organized and also it will help them become systematic..

Great place to get your salon work done! With proper sanitation maintained, they take good care of the customers and deliver the best results. Would definitely recommend :)
