Poor management! They accept walk in customers and delay appointments! Am not pleased with the results of hair protein! Poor products! The girls are overworked that they can't provide good service! They tell you price and then over charge you. I wasted my time, I wish I didn't visit this salon.

The beautician and staff are exceptionally friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers. While there might be a bit of a wait at times, it's well worth it because of their outstanding customer service. My massage experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend trying the hot stone massage for an extra touch of relaxation. Overall, a wonderful place with top-notch service!

Poor services ....they are not qualified at all ... they should have training about the beautician before they r working there......I did many services and nothing is better than myself ....they r showing their promotions but the way they did it was useless ... why did I pay money ??????????? I wanted to report to the police coz my face has many scars coz of their carelessness..... when I send message they didn't respond back coz they felt ashamed.... Why do we need to go saloon if you don't know what is the proper way you should do it BAD SERVICE, UNPROFESSIONAL/ UNTRAINED STAFF And ALL SERVICES ARE BAD............

There is no credibility at all. They told me about the offer of seven services, and since I took the offer, they told me that my hair would be considered two services and I agreed, then after several times I was surprised that they now considered it three services!!!! And four with the wash!!!! Why ?????? IT IS ONE SERVICE!! What did I gain from the offer in this case???? Don't say it's an offer!! It's a scam! This salon cares about money and does not care about the honesty , sorry but I will not come again. They lost me as a customer because of the lack of credibility.

BAD SERVICE, UNPROFESSIONAL/ UNTRAINED STAFF If you want a hair color service, ask for a staff who really knows how to do it. Unfortunately, 1 staff did my hair color for almost 4 hours and ended up not even close to the color I wanted (with bleaching and highlights). My hair looked like it was done by an amateur. The color was uneven. The roots were very light because she colored (or bleached??) the roots at the same time with the rest of the hair (a friend told me that the roots should be colored last since it lightens easily). I was supposed to pay 100aed for their hair color service, with haircut and hair mask. But I was asked to pay 250aed for the service, even if the owner and all the staff there knew that it was done so terribly.

Don't ever think to go there for gelish nails or nails extension, they have used glu to stick my nails which was of 2 Aed n my nails have been removed with in 4 hours, upon calling them I received an answer to stick myself with magic glu, LOL , worst experience ever.
