The overall customer experience was disappointing. I was asked about what services I wanted, but then left waiting for over 40 minutes. While the manicure and pedicure were okay, the attention to detail was lacking. The same can be said for the waxing service.

My recent visit to this salon was truly exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service from Salu and Carol. Salu was both professional and friendly, and her careful attention to detail in her work left me thoroughly impressed. I always leave feeling delighted with her pedicure treatments, making her my top choice every time. Carol worked wonders with my haircut, leaving me feeling transformed when I walked out. Thank you, Carol, for your expertise in making my hair look absolutely amazing. The entire team was incredibly friendly and provided invaluable information throughout my visit. I wholeheartedly recommend this salon to anyone seeking top-notch service.

I recently visited this salon for a mani-pedi and eyebrow treatment, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Kanchan did an amazing job with my eyebrows. I've been trusting her for my eyebrow services for the past few years. Alia took great care of my mani-pedi, and I was really impressed. I highly recommend Kanchan for eyebrow shaping and facials, and Alia for a fantastic mani-pedi experience.

It's always a positive experience with White Silk Saloon. I did a haircut, styling and makeup with Carol for a special occasion last weekend and was so amazed with results. The final look totally exceeded my expectations and I received many compliments. She's very talented as a hair and makeup stylist. I am also regularly doing doing hair spa treatment and manicure + pedicure with Salu. Really happy and feel so relaxed. Nails also look very neat and pretty after refreshing the colour even if I keep them short. For more than 1 year, I am seeing Salu for eyebrows, threading, waxing, hair treatment, manicure and pedicure. She's always doing a great job, wholeheartedly provides the best experience to the customer and never disappoints. Kanchan is also amazing and well experienced at different services, especially for facial and massage. She's so good tangling all the knots and putting the right amount of pressure to make the client feel relaxed and relieve any tension. I've been regularly visiting this saloon for over 2 years now. It's neat, spacious and clean. All the staff are doing a great job, very warm and welcoming too, and the saloon offers great value for money through their packages.

I did hairwash and clean up. Loved both services! Will definitely go back. Carol did my hairwash and dry. She did it with great care and expertise. My clean up was done by Kanjan, my face looks super clean and glowy now. Thanks to her

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER with this salon. I did 2 procedures, the first one did nails, just cleaned and trimmed the cuticle. The woman did everything so quickly and painfully that in the end they cut off my skin. The second procedure is actually the worst, which made me write this review. Hair treatment. First, they washed my hair in cold water. Then they began to comb my hair very hard, so I did not endure it and comb it myself. So I wanted to cut my hair, just trim the dead ends. I explain to this woman that I want to remove a maximum of 3 cm from the end. She said she understood me and ended up making her own style for me. She cut off about 8 cm of my hair, not at the same level, which looks so bad on my hair! I didn't even see it because it was so fast. I had very long hair and now I just want to cry when I see myself in the mirror! All this took about 5 minutes, maybe if I did it myself, it would be much better. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON TO ANYONE! The only good thing in this salon, that they was very friendly with me, which deserves 1 star...

Loved the work done by Samab and Kanchan ji on my hair today... loved the colour play on my hair.. as expected and beyond actually... went in confused and little worried thinking if am taking the right decision by walking in to White silk post the receptionist advice at Hermosa, well well well, I wasn't disappointed at all, instead walked out feeling wow and obviously sesky as my hair colour (balayage) looked awesome....
