I did hard gel manicure and it peeled the very next day twice ! I did a regular pedicure and it was more long lasting than hard gel. My nails were rested for 8 months and in optimum condition and they processed them twice and now they are totally damaged. When I tried to complain they tried to invalidate the problem and their manager never called me back. I also did eyelash tinting which was good the eyelash technician is competent and good I do recommend eyelash services there only

I really liked the henna and nails I got at this salon. The henna design was pretty and lasted long, and my nails turned out so nice. The staff were friendly and the place was clean. I'll definitely visit again.

The salon is beautifully decorated,clean has a very laxurious feel. Its been two weeks,and my nails still look flawless with no chips. And also had the most relaxing and refreshing facial called Hydra facial. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with a smile, the ambiance was so peaceful. I highly recommend Princess Lounge to anyone.

It's been over a month, I have been long term customer and brought even friends to this salon that became regulars like me. About 2 months ago, I booked maderotherapy 60 minutes and technician was chatty and purposely extended to almost 90 minutes and they charged me for 90 minutes even though I got, at best- maybe 60 minutes of massage. Paid, even though I was not happy and gave them another chance, mainly due to my long term loyalty. Everyone makes a mistake, right?Never received any apology for it. Fast forward few weeks from that, booked acrylic overlay manicure with gelish and gelish pedicure. Pedicure was of very poor quality (my technician was not there at the time) and less than a week later I came back with my friend and told them I didn't like pedicure (other technician agreed with me, apologized and corrected it as much as she could), and I told them that I'm having a pain in one of the nails on my hand and probably acrylic wasn't placed well. She removed gelish only on that finger, said all is fine and re-did only gelish color on that nail. I did henna hands that time. Henna was really nice. When it was time to pay, they charged me full price for new feet gelish application, even though it was their mistake and they admitted it, and they charged me for FIXING the nail even though there was no fixing, only gelish re-application on one finger. At the same time, my friend did full set new acrylic application, with gelish on both hands and feet + pedicure + eyebrows and she paid less than what i paid previous week for acrylic overlay with gelish and gelish pedicure (i did no eyebrows), so normally I felt betrayed and I complained that they charged me almost 1000 DHS in less than a week for something that should have costed me half that price and wasn't my mistake, and asked why did my friend pay less for even more services. I was assured later over the phone that they will correct this and make it up for me because they claimed they value my loyalty, but it's been a month and nobody contacted me since. Completely forgotten! So sad. This was my favorite salon, and it saddens me how I was treated.

I have been coming princess lounge ladies saloon from last 2 years. They have very friendly staff , amazing services& I like the way staff treat me.I tried their heena and lash lifting, it was perfectly done. I recommend you to go there and try the services

I became loyal to Princess Lounge Salon after the first visit, and now it's almost 2 years. I do waxing services with Ross, who is always very attentive and trying to make the procedure as less painful as possible. My hair is usually done by Roxanne, a highly professional stylist who always exceeds the expectations. In general, all the staff at the salon is very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend it

I Always visit Princess Lounge for a pedicure, and eyebrow threading, and the experience was fantastic! The staff were welcoming and professional, making sure I was comfortable throughout. The pedicure was relaxing, leaving my feet feeling soft and rejuvenated. The eyebrow threading was precise and perfectly shaped. Today my first time to have my hair colored. The hair color turned out exactly how I envisioned, vibrant and fresh, Overall, the salon's attention to detail and customer care left me impressed as always, Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality service.
