I will share my experience with this salon. It is an ideal environment and everything is expensive. But I thought it would be a good quality for the price. I trusted and dyed my hair. I had hair up to my waist and I clearly repeated 3 times or more that I did not want to cut my hair short but I showed them one of the haircut options and they cut my hair very short I also showed them the video and clearly told them that I wanted exactly the same color hair, which they said was no problem. They dyed me a completely different color. The next day I went to complain and they dyed my hair and gave me a hair serum. But it is not the color I wanted. They did not cut it as much as I wanted. And I paid 1500 for the haircut and coloring It is just a shame. Because my hair was long, I had to pay this amount. If only they could have cut my hair first and then dyed it, they would have ruined my hair so much that they would have charged me a maximum of 500 GEL for this hair dye now. It's a shame, I won't go to this salon again. And I shared my story with my friends.

Disappointed with My Experience first time and last time coming to this saloon . I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. The staff lacks proper communication, and the hairstylist who worked on my hair was extremely rough. Despite repeatedly asking her to be gentle, she burned my scalp multiple times with the hot tools. It felt like she wasn't listening at all. I expected a relaxing and professional service, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for a salon that prioritizes customer care and comfort.

I recently had a wonderful experience at Naomi's branch in Makani Mall. I traveled quite a distance just to visit Donna, a highly skilled nail design specialist . She did an amazing job with my pedicure and manicure, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results . The attention to detail and professionalism were outstanding . My eyebrows were also beautifully shaped by Liza . Both of them provided exceptional service in a relaxing environment . Highly recommend it, and I'll definitely return!

I'm grateful and happy to N beauty salon for all the services that the offer specially the facial. I'm really happy and satisfied with there facial because the have more new facial specially the Madhu signature facial I really like it because it's shows instants effect my face become glow , tight and lift my skin.

I just visited Naomi Salon, and I had a terrible experience. The staff member who did my treatment was extremely rude and unprofessional. She even said to me, "How many years until you go bald?"-which is completely unacceptable! This is despite the fact that I paid for the full treatment package. Honestly, I regret my visit so much, and even if this were the last salon on earth, I would never go back.

I went to the salon to get my hair done, everything was good, but I didn't like that the receptionist didn't say that they had Fazaa. Most of the salons and shops that I went to said that they had it and would give me a discount. But I don't know why this salon didn't mention it and always let me pay full price. The receptionist only talking and chatting with the hairstylist except of telling others about offers or fazaa and I went there above 5 times without knowing!

I enjoyed the service here, i was welcomed and felt very calm and comfortable all the time, my service was done by Mary, very professional and nice, i loce the cleanliness of their equipments
