Cut Studio Family Salon & Spa

The salon is okay. The staff was good. They cut according to your choices giving you their input. I found it okay. They charge on a higher end as compared to other local shops.

Extremely bad experience today. Showed the barber my own pic for similar hair cut, but he cut it differently which I didn't like. He was hesitant to use blade which is an ordinary practice. The only thing, i noticed was, the barber was in a hurry to finish the job and be free even though there were no customers there. I was charged Rs. 300/- which was waste of money compared to the service i got. Enclosing the image i showed the barber and what he did. Nowhere similar to what i sought. Company should be ashamed and refund the entire money owing to dissatisfaction of the customer. Bad and pathetic service. Won't visit ever and won't recommend to anyone. Quality is degraded.

I am so happy with the service of miss Rebika Rai from this cut studio and her skills to do massage and everything is so good i felt so relaxed after going there in cut studio and anyone who is seeing this review must visit the salon shop for once.....

I must say that this salon is so perfect for all genders and the staffs are also well mannered and polite especially this Rebika Rai from this salon and her work also so good.......everythime I go there I only want her because of her politeness and well mannered and her work

The saloon is very good...The staff , and saloon manager very nice ...and first of all hair treatment very nice and very softly manage very nice... And staff and salon manager is all of very very nice... All of you friends go very nature good very healthy nicely talking anything very good...plz go cut sudio phoxie bay thank you

Most of the staff are really nice. The barber I typically go to is decent. I really love the steam room. However, the last time I got a haircut, a different barber, not mine but a different one was extremely rude. My barber was washing my hair and the other barber walked up and turned the water off for no reason. With a major attitude. I'm too old to be playing games with people and now the original barber I was going to acted like he didn't want to cut my hair last time. I still rate it 4 stars because of most of the staff at this spot and the steam room!
