I have recently visited during my recent visit to port blare, I find everything perfect. Staff were very cordial. I will definitely visit them again during my next visit

Absolutely terrible experience! The owner had taken full efforts to make the place aesthetic but that's about it - please don't be fooled by the pictures. We booked a couple spa + jacuzzi session for 7k. The jacuzzi tub was dirty and sandy, the towels were horrendous - fully stained and reeking of oils. Midway into the session, power goes off and we're expected to continue taking the massage in a sweaty, stuffy room with no ventilation. After 10 minutes when we bring up the matter of a refund, magically the generator is turned on and the power is back. Now about the masseuses themselves - there was no talk about what sort would we like. Instead they kept chatting and giggling between themselves, at one point one of them burst out laughing. When their alarm rang at the end of an hour, both of them just stopped abruptly and left the room. Again, no talk about whether we liked the service or not. Oh, and no music at all! Terribly unprofessional.

I recommend all to visit once, if you are looking for professional spa this is best I could find in Port blare

Tried balenese massage from qua spa at hotel mansha regency. The masseuse named M.S was highly professional and upto the mark. It is a very relaxing and soothing therapy. A must try experience!

Being a old person I needed soft hand massage which got, too good place

Ambience is good. Staff is also very polite. The only thing lacking was the sheets and towels which were spread on the bed were so dirty looking that it kinda killed my mood for massage. I'm sure they were washed but the stains on them were settled and made them very unhygienic looking. Also, the massage was not worth the money. It was very low pressured massage. I told her to stress a little more but I guess that's how they're trained. Rest very nice spa centre.
