They are not professional hair stylists.i went for hair cut for myself and my cousins. I asked for layer cut but they just did u shape cut. Even the length also reduced but doesn't look good at all. And kids hair cut looks very bad. I went to other salon to get it done correctly for cousins. How silly this is. Previously they were good. But now service is very very bad.

Disappointed with hospitality of him (may be manager) who sits at the front desk, I think management has to make sure that customer facing staff as a minimum are trained with proper hospitality etiquettes. Usually Natural Salons in cities receive customers properly. No complaints on actual staff, they are decent.

They showed no respect for customer preferences, and their rude behavior made the entire visit unpleasant. Instead of addressing my concerns, they were dismissive and acted as if they were doing me a favor. The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism is unacceptable for a service-oriented business. I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for a comfortable and respectful experience.

Charging 1k for an ordinary haircut without hair wash is so ridiculous????? Never visiting again. They are just looting money and insisting people to buy their membership card!

I have done my pedicure and waxing with cristina. She suggests and do her job perfectly. Updated many new facings and waxing techniques. Happy with the service.

Shahzad did worked on my short bob curtain bang haircut and I am so happy with the output of the hair cut .it was very nicely done .
