Extremely disappointed with my visit to this beauty parlour. The hair spa service was subpar - using inadequate equipment like a cold cough vaporizer for steaming and lacking proper devices. The staff's attention was elsewhere, neglecting proper washing, blow-drying, and customer service. Not worth the high prices charged. Would not recommend due to poor service and unprofessionalism.
