I recently visited for a manicure, pedicure, waxing, and a haircut for my 3-year-old daughter. While I was somewhat satisfied with the overall experience, there were a few disappointments that I feel are worth mentioning. Starting with the positive--I had my daughter's haircut done during the visit, and the gentleman who handled it did an exceptional job. He was patient, professional, and the result was exactly what I had hoped for. Her haircut turned out beautifully, and I truly appreciated the care and attention he gave her. As for my own services, the manicure and pedicure started off well--the grooming part was done decently. However, things changed when it came time to color my nails. The polish was applied in a rushed and unprofessional manner, with only a single quick coat that left streaks and visible patches. It didn't look like a salon-quality finish at all, and frankly, I've done a better job myself at home. I had expected something clean and polished, but it felt like they were just trying to wrap up and be done. Throughout the service, it was clear the staff were hurrying to finish for the day. I completely understand that everyone has a schedule, but it shouldn't affect the quality of the service, especially when clients are paying full price. The waxing service also felt rushed--though the technician seemed experienced, the hurried pace made the experience less comfortable. It's clear that the staff are skilled and know what they're doing, but the lack of attention and the rush to finish made the entire experience feel impersonal and disappointing. When a client books a service, it should come with the care and attention that service promises. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously. With just a bit more care and mindfulness, the overall experience could be so much better.
