I appreciate that you spoke with your staff and but the way you guys twisted everything to blame the customer is not acceptable..May be your staff feel happy by seeing your response but i am not ready to accept what ever you mentioned. Don't think customers give one star for fun and degrade your business. I do have better work to do rather than writing reviews.. you could have also called to me post your discussion with staff if you are so open and intended to understand the reason for my review. As you mentioned about discounts in your response I have to waste a few more minutes to respond. Did I ask for a discount? I just asked what is the reason for not offering hair wash even charging 600 Rs for straight cut in a very casual way. This is before the start of the hair cut at reception itself by expecting she will tell something great about products and process but rather she said it depends on the owner and it's their wish. If I am not ready to go for it i could have left the saloon or not chosen a particular service . I have told other branded saloons usually include hair wash too. That's all about the cost I discussed and still i went for a hair wash for 500 Rs for which they didn't ask if we prefer cold or hot water? And I can't write the entire pin to pin conversation but I am ready to talk to you if you really want to know.. Another false statement was i didn't go to any saloon in guntur to criticize and as I live in Bangalore . I just mentioned i have tried multiple saloons to get a better layer haircut as different stylist do in their own way. It was a casual talk while doing a hair cut and he only asked where I got my previous haircut and he projected to you that I complained and i was arrogant. what kind of projection you people are trying to showcase your self so great.. The fact is that I will again visit those so called other saloons with different stylist for sure as I never felt anything wrong about hospitality.. You cleverly ignored the main point i mentioned. My point is on missing basic amenities and courtesy rather than the actual hair cut done. I mentioned about street side small saloons with the cost they charge and ask this basic question before doing hair wash. I am paying 500 Rs and I need to check if you have a hot water facility!! We spend money in the saloon to get some relaxation and by trusting the process versus price but not to end up in begging for hot water and put on aprons.. Now also my intention is not to avail any discount or benefit from you as I don't have any plans to visit again even though this is the only saloon to remain in the world due to any reason. This is to guide someone if they wanted to consider my opinion. It's up to people's choice at the end as the way I visited to spoil my peace of my mind.

I had a great experience with Sameer at Mysaa Salon! He did exactly what I asked for and followed all my instructions perfectly. I really appreciate his attention to detail and how carefully he listened to my requests.

I would definitely recommend Varsha for all the services. She did amazing job for facial, body polishing, Threading, massage and hair cut. Felt pedicure and Manicure was not up to my expectations which was done by other lady. They didn't had much options to choose mail color. Those who needs only pedicure and manicure I wouldn't suggest here, but rest of the services are excellent!

Prem is the best person if you need a perfect haircut .... Previously i had earpiercing done by him....his services are just amazing and even the reception staff are so polite.

I have been visiting this saloon for my sons hair cut since more than 3 years and today I tried to have hair cut for myself and my mother even though the cost of haircut is too high i thought it would be luxurious and may be the products that they use makes difference and thought to go for it. To my wonder I felt the facilities that they provided were worst than the street side beauty parlour. For my mom's hair cut the stylist (Ashu) didn't even put apron until entire haircut is done even though i requested multiple times and we have to go for some other shopping post haircut and the response i got was very ridiculous saying hair is black and apron is black and he can't make the hair cut properly. What he thought about us not sure may be he thought we were visiting any saloon for the first time and this was our first ever haircut and don't even know about process of haircut? Or especially old people who won't color their hair has to go here? Then let them mention the same in their website if this saloon has those kind of stylists or else atleast owner has to think of changing apron color to white if he could have known about this. Hope by reading this review he will learn about this. As we have our haircut in middle i couldnt argue much there and tried to be very calm . . Overall Haircut was not bad but hair wash and hospitality that the staff show to customers is not upto mark for the charges they take compared to other saloons..And little bit of sarcastic conversation to discuss on hair cut style etc . I thought to not post this review as usually I don't post much on social media but somehow I am not able to accept it and hence thought it might be helpful for someone else who will check on going to this saloon for the first time. Please do check other 1 star reviews also as It sounds true rather 5 star reviews that they have here. Nothing great here to go for such high prices they have..

The staff is pretty skilled and very easy to communicate. Got a haircut done here by Aashu and he did a great job. The services are a bit pricey but totally worth it.
