Unprofessional n untrained staff. They will be trained on ur skin rather than in the institute. Branch manager also unavailable. They don't know how to do facial also. Without cleansing n scrub who will apply face mask directly? Inspite of that he sprinkled water directly on to my face with a spray bottle in just 2 minutes after application of mask. After that again he is applying another face mask then another person came n asked him it should not be applied now.the guy gave a reply like I don't know. They were laughing at me by telling bichara to me like that. Branch manager is next level,he will not be available in the parlour dats y staff are playing with clients face. Roadside barber shops are way more better than this parlour because they will charge very less for this type of sub standard services. Inspite of that they asked me to pay,which i have paid for hair cut and beard trim. I don't recommend anyone to go there and taste bitter experience like me. After i have called branch manager, it's been 24 hours,but until now he didn't called me back because he is busy in looting others money like this... Worst experience. Waste of money n particularly time.
