The main beautician and entrepreneur Mrs Vimla, is an expert in make up and haircut services. But apart from her, none of her subordinates know much except for simple clean-ups. Many a times I have returned from the parlour without getting the service I had gone for because of the main beautician's absence and unresponsive behaviour. The subordinates present at the shop don't know even simple hairstyle or trimming. Calls to her go unanswered and are not even returned after days of visiting, promises or appointments are not maintained. Lately even my regular haircuts are not perfect. Although she's good at her craft, I'm sad to say that she does not value her customers no matter how regular you are.
