I had an absolutely wonderful experience.. they work with quality products.. my haircut was fantastic.. I'm fully satisfied.. wax and facial also good service.. facial was a full relaxation.. hygienic salon ... staff was very polite and decent... I will be back soon for a salon services ... highly recommended groom9 salon ... Thank uu for providing a good services...

I have done my haircut it's very nice haircut new look on my face, good hairdresser thank you so much for my haircut.and nice hair colour... I changed my look and different styling.good staff and nice peaceful place. Costs also low.

Worst experience..Just managing with unknown North Staff..Even they don't know how to Do Facepack and Tan removal..Waste of money..Don't go guys..They are looting our Money..Don't take any subscriptions also..Totally waste of money.. If we complain about staff to Management..No one responded and No one take care..Just showing menu of services and Looting Money.. Today I really faced worst experience. It's better to go local Barber shops..I spend for almost 4 hours..In that time only me as a client..no one visited in that 4 hours and that to Sunday.. Now u can understand Why Kakinada people not visiting Groom9..

Not sure why there are negative reviews. But the saloon is pretty good and staff are very friendly. I got hair spa and haircut.
