The spa pedicure felt refreshing and left our feet feeling smooth and well-nourished. The basic pedicure was also neatly done, though the spa pedicure offered a more luxurious touch. The discounts provided were a nice addition. 2. Advanced Haircut: The stylist was skilled and took the time to understand the preferred style. The haircut was neatly done, giving a polished and well-groomed look. 3. Eyebrow Threading: The threading service was quick and precise. Minimal discomfort, and the final shape was well-defined. Ambience & Hygiene The salon had a calm and relaxing ambiance, making the experience even more enjoyable. The hygiene and cleanliness standards were well-maintained. Customer Service The staff was polite and professional. They ensured we were comfortable throughout the services. Pricing & Value for Money Total Bill: 2,800 (Including services, taxes, and tips). The pricing seemed reasonable, especially with the applied discounts. Taxes (CGST & SGST @ 9% each) were standard, and we also appreciated the transparency in billing. A tip amount of 300 was included, which was fair considering the quality of service. Overall Rating: (5/5) We had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to others looking for quality salon and spa services in Kakinada.

To make matters worse, after enduring the lengthy wait, I was informed that I would have to reschedule my appointment for the following day. This lack of organization and communication is indicative of a salon that prioritizes convenience for themselves over the satisfaction of their clients. As a customer, I expect professionalism and reliability from any establishment I choose to patronize. Unfortunately, Pinks n Bloos SRMT Kakinada failed to meet even the most basic expectations in these regards. I cannot in good conscience recommend this salon to others, as my experience was far from satisfactory. In conclusion, if you value your time and expect a high standard of service, I urge you to look elsewhere for your salon needs. Pinks n Bloos SRMT Kakinada has proven themselves to be unprofessional and unreliable, and they do not deserve the patronage of discerning customers.
