Very worst service made by them.. My hair cut into half while I want long layers. They didn't listen to the customer need.. They do their own stuff. And not clean towels are used to all customers And they forced customers with other treatments actually we don't want like hair Spa.... I lose my half hair and discausting behaviour.. They don't even treat customer hair slowly.. She comb my hair in a rude way And High prices.. There services are not worth

I had a bad experience with them. In the name of hair cut they literally chopped my hair in to uneven pieces. The employees often change and untrained people are being appointed for services.

I went here to get a mani-pedi along with a facial and waxing. The first thing they do is keep pushing you to take their expensive services. I wanted a fruit facial and they kept pushing me to take their anti-tan which I didn't need. Then they kept pushing me for another of their anti-tan waxing and then again kept pushing me for their "spa" mani-pedi. I agreed for their "spa" mani-pedi coz my nails really needed some extra care. While I have had no issues with my facial and waxing, my "spa" mani-pedi was an utter and complete disaster. They were supposed to trim, shape, buffer and polish my nails. Not only didn't they trim my nails properly, they didn't even shape my nails properly. Every nail is of different shape and size and what's more is that they completely forgot to trim and shape one of my nails. I even pointed out that my nails were not buffered and polished but they just didn't bother. One more thing I observed, they kept using only 2 dirty overused towels to clean both my hands and feet. Shouldn't they using different towels? Disgusting! Spa mani-pedi doesn't mean applying all types of fancy pastes and creams on the arms and legs..Mani-pedi It means trimming shaping, buffering and polishing the nails. While I understand that it's their job to make customers purchase costly services, they forget that customers usually know what they want. Customers usually come with a firm decision of what they want. Don't force them to buy unnecessary services. From now on, maybe I'll come back only for facials and waxing only if they don't push me to buy the fancy services. But for mani-pedi, I will look somewhere else.

I loved it really..never seen such lovely and caring staff before anywhere in kkd..I really would LOVE to go there again and again not just for the staff but for services too as they are the BEST..!!
