I am glad that I chose Lakme Salon for my beauty service as they have done marvelous job. Friendly staff members. great ambiance I got my pedicure done (very warming and nicely done on me). To be honest the whole team was very cooperative and have patience. Thanks for the fabulous job. I would recommend anyone to come here.

This place was the one stop to go for waxing and other stuff. But now they have the most unprofessional workers who speak with eachother all the time and do the work slowly and it took 4hrs to do hand and leg wax with eyebrows shaping and henna application. Seriously...!! Who would like to spend 4hrs for such small things...and the hair was the worst. The hair wash is not done properly and they burnt my skin with the hot wax. I felt like they were doing some beauty training on me. Trail and error type of thing. And the funniest part is all these are done by 3 people to one person to complete the service early as they say.

My haircut was done by Zoya really it was very very nice experience, am fully satisfied by her service not only survice she was more friendly and she made me feel very comfortable, a big thumbs up

My experience was horrible. The woman did not care about my choice of haircut and just did what she wanted and said what i wanted will not look good and forced her opinion on me. Had to pay extra money to get her to repair my hair and she made it worse. The cut was not even,bangs thick and layers not even visible.

Really very unsatisfied experience i have ever had sorry to say no proper material at salon example small mirror,no proper coordination between staff.my haircut is not worth for 1300 no proper cleaning, not even hot water provided for hair wash,so much confused staff may be because of work hectic . very much unhappy with the salon . Very bad experience
