It is a scam.. I told the old/middle aged guy to give me a fade and he shaved off my hair with the trimmer.. and charged 200 rs. I hate it.. everyone at home and friends laughing now I'm never going sivapurna again wth

From the outset, the treatment I received was below any reasonable standard. The hygiene conditions in the salon were noticeably worst raising concerns about the overall cleanliness and sanitation. The staff's professionalism left much to be desired, with evident lapses in the execution of services. What exacerbated the disappointment was the significant disparity between the prices charged and the quality of the treatments. Despite the steep costs, the tan clean-up I underwent was completed hastily in just 20 minutes, leaving me questioning its effectiveness. The lack of attention to detail and apparent lack of skill from the staff highlighted a clear disregard for customer satisfaction. In light of my experience, I strongly caution the public against relying solely on reviews and ratings when considering this salon. It is crucial to be vigilant and thoroughly assess the actual services provided before falling into what appears to be a misleading trap.... Not satisfactory.... Response is required

Good one in machilipatnam. But the staff needs some training in terms of understanding the customer hairstyle requirements. Very busy during holidays.

I like their services. Very reasonable prices. Very good staff. But this time, i have a complaint, they should inform the client beforehand who has booked an appointment with them, about the power cuts. It happened two days back with me. I didnt know until i went there i found out. Its an inconvenience to the customer.

I took service for manicure and pedicure from this saloon. Divya did a great job. She is good at massage. I feel good even after next day
