I visited this salon to have my polygel extensions removed and a new set applied. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing due to unprofessionalism, lack of knowledge, and poor customer service. 1 Lack of Knowledge & Skill * The nail technician was unfamiliar with polygel extensions, questioning why they hadn't fallen off. * She failed to remove my old extensions properly, using improper tools and techniques that damaged my natural nails and caused pain and bleeding. * Instead of soaking them off correctly, she used a hand tool and a drill, filing down to my natural nail bed, making it painfully thin. * When I expressed discomfort, she dismissed my concerns and made remarks about my pain tolerance instead of adjusting her approach. * Even after all this, she tried to put acetone on my already damaged, bleeding nails under the excuse of "making them look good", causing even more pain and irritation. 2 Unprofessional Behavior * She left me sitting with acetone wraps for 30+ minutes while she went outside to handle personal matters without informing me. * She talked about me with her assistant right in front of me, which was both rude and unprofessional. * Instead of focusing on my service, she started training her assistant while I was waiting, proving they were untrained and unprepared. 3 Poor Appointment Scheduling & Time Management * I had called a day before to confirm my services (nails, threading, upper lip, and dandruff therapy), yet when I arrived, they acted unprepared. * They scheduled me at 12 PM, despite knowing my services would take time, and left me sitting alone for 40 minutes while they went for lunch. It's not just nails! I also noticed that they don't have proper knowledge about hair or skincare services either. They don't know how to do a proper hair spa or dandruff treatment, and their staff is completely untrained in all areas. Final Verdict: This salon is unprofessional, untrained, and lacks basic courtesy for its clients. If you care about your nails, hair, or general salon experience, I strongly advise against coming here. Don't believe All the 5 star reviews here, all of them are given by their own people and making fools out of the people who are going there.

They did my make over for my baby's first birthday and their service is the best. They are quick and on time and very professional. Thanks Jhansi for making my day more special.
