My experience at Hiwaga Clinic in Rajahmundry was extremely disappointing. It's clear that their main focus is money, not patient care or satisfaction. Once you pay, their attitude completely changes--they lose all interest in helping or following up properly. The staff is unprofessional, and the entire process feels disorganized and rushed. I felt like just another payment, not a person seeking help. There was no proper communication or concern after payment, and it felt like they just wanted to move on to the next customer. If you're looking for genuine care and professionalism, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. This clinic does not prioritize the well-being of its patients.
