I had a disappointing experience at this shop, primarily due to the behavior of one employee. Their negative attitude was palpable and unfortunately affected my visit. I witnessed them interact with my mother in a manner that was both unprofessional and disrespectful. Such behavior not only reflects poorly on the employee but also creates a negative atmosphere that can impact the overall experience for customers. I hope the management addresses this issue to improve the environment for future patrons.
