As a regular female customer at. Naturals salon since 2014, my opinion is : One of the Expensive salon and spas in RJY Not all services on the menu are available in RJY branch I took an organic spa treatment which looked pretty much normal and didn't even look like organic products have been used (1000INR ,GST exclusive - 18%) Threading and waxing was good They'll ask you to go for a Tan removal waxing. Don't do that!! Besides being expensive it doesn't even remove Tan..it's just a name sake one! (tried it last time - October. ,2017) Creative hair styling is done by a guy for women also. Everybody might not be comfortable. Also, You need to book an appointment before you go just to avoid any kind of waiting!! Friendly staff..service is ok. Air conditioned, washroom available. Ask for price menu before you take any service and check the same with the staff just in case. for cases like hair massage, price mentioned in the menu is 400 INR while there might be additional price depending upon your hair length. Mrs. Pallavi and ms. Dhivya attended me and my mom for foot spa, respectively and we're happy with the service. Thing is this place is too much pricey. Also, The management should make sure that good variety of nail colours are available for post pedi and medi services. Last but not the least, management should understand that the negative comments in the review provide a room for improvement!!

Worst customer service, more than worst hospitality, I wish to give a zero star. Never felt this bad about a saloon. Totally illiterate staff who has no idea about how hospitality seems. Dumb management though.

Maintained very well. I have had a very good experience at this place with hairstylist Azam. He gave me the first good haircut I have had in months, that fits my hair type. They also give helpful tips for maintaining your hair quality.

Hair cuts by male staff is ok.. Not a problem.. But the idea of head massage to women by male staff is not fine.. Worst service.. I won't recommend it at all.. I used to go to this salon misguided by the name, naturals.. Service is bad but cost is expensive.. For a simple v shaped hair cut, they charged 800 rs.. I have never seen ,even in cities like Vijayawada, charging like that even for layer cut..staff is also very few people and inexperienced.. Male staff are doing hair cut for women.. Unfortunately they are are sending male staff for head massage for women.. That is too bad.. As I have rejected they have sent female staff for massage.. Will not recommend it at all..

I will never recommend this to anyone. They serve no value and spoil your look. Friends please stay away. Pathetic service. I went there for skin glow facials since I have my wedding in couple of days so they recommended detan and brightening facials and I accepted for the same even though it is way too expensive. The saloon guy who did these facials for me is new guy and not trained well at all. He applied materials on my face and rubbed very harshly for more then an hour and I even stopped him in between and asked him to do it gently but he still didn't do it right. As a result these facials darken my skin badly and got rashes later on my wedding.

Just got to know that this saloon is not the part of Naturals group anymore. It got sperated and operating individually but from the same location. Name also don't change much but people who use Naturals Saloon frequently can see the difference in colours in the name board. So you won't get the Naturals membership discount at this location. Just wanted to share this information.

Worst service, i asked for detan facial .. they appied detan and then said they dont have the stock and gave some brightening facial which i snot upto the mark and it resulted in skin darkening and got cold as well. atleast they should have asked if i have any specificc requirements.. and they should be knowing what is good for dark skin and for bright one and recommend accordingly... brightening wont works for all skin types.. because of the facial they offered i got immediate cold, face became black even the existing shining went of.. it took almost 30 days to get back to normal state... and the service is not great...natural should be providing similar service across all its franchise this is the worst... i been to chennai medavvakam branch it is good even tough smaller one... the service was given based on preferences and according to skin type .. hope naturals looks into it before it loses it track
