I had such a wonderful experience at Srash salon and spa! The staff really took the time to listen and provide me with the best suggestions and treatments. I was super happy with the results! Everyone there is so professional yet incredibly friendly--like a big, warm family. The place is not only hygienic but also feels really safe. The owner is such a nice person, and I just loved my interactions with hair stylist Sikander Ji, manager Indu Garu, and the lovely Lalitha Garu and Madhuri Garu. They all made me feel so welcome and did a fantastic job. The hospitality here is truly amazing!

Ambience is okay, scope for improvement. AC was effective. Staff are trained well, an apron or a uniform to them will give a better look and create a nice professional feel. Had hair cut, hair colour and massage, service is satisfactory. Scope for improvement in cleanliness and tidy ness.

Recently, I had a hair treatment, amazing experience with the staff and now my hair looks healthy and breathable. Hair stylist Sikandar is a very professional and he gives 100% effort to make sure you love back your hair. so grab a chance to go to him once. The Ambience need to be renwed with more themes.
