Went for facial and hair cut staff there has no minimum experience and high package facials they are doing on face has no minimum change . using cheap products on face just showing brand names on menu taking heavy charges has no value they are just scaming people's hence expensive charges and cheap services so won't suggest it

I have been going to this parlour for very long as it is my favorite.Day by day their services are falling apart with the same increased price,the staff now are not very much interested like the previous staff . The parlour has to Improve the quality and time of services genuinely.

Hello,Myself and my mother underwent threading, de-tan and clean up and it was done by Pavithra and Anusha they have done good work and also did patiently and also listened to the customer requirements accordingly done the service needed and also they respond to the customers quietly as they are good at receiving the things .Thank u... Visited Jajimalli for my wedding. Done eyebrows, face and neck detan, O3+ facial, hand waxing and polishing. Everything was done very systematically. Staff are very friendly, they suggest facials which suits to our skin and atmosphere of salon is awesome. And no words for Mehendi. It is very very beautiful . On my wedding, they have done 3 makeup's and 4 saree drappings. Extra ordinary work (makeup) by Uma Garu who made me more beautiful and I will be grateful for that. Thank you Uma Garu for your gift (makeup for my wedding) which will remain for my lifetime. I have never thought that I too can be more beautiful .Thank you for doing makeup for my wedding at the last moment on your busy schedule. I do recommend to visit Jajimalli and have that experience.

Worst experience i had in tanuku branch today march3, 2023.I just gone for threading. They spoiled the shape, cut more hair. They even dont know the basic threading. Charges are very high. Asked them what is this about my threading simply she said sorry. Not at all recomendable

Went for henna, eyebrow threading and spa pedicure. Henna service was good, clean and nicely done until hair drying. Eyebrow threading was also patiently done and nice, but didn't give a creame massage unless asked. Spa pedicure had a huge seating setup back massaging seats. That didn't relax me even by 10%. Pedicure tank didn't have massager or bubbling vibrator. Girls did average job, didn't look like they used scrub at all, or it was too mild a scrubber like a creame. When I mentioned I didn't like the spa massage, they did it again and firmly. Then it worked. Clean place, staff were polite. They were enthusiastic about selling more services, but have 0 knowledge on the product they use. They don't know or don't reveal which brand's henna, or coloring agents, wax or spa cream or any product they use and tell, only the owner(doctor) knows it and orders online. This isn't great for customers who wish to be aware of product being used on them.
