I have known swathy from my reception and bridal makeup artist . Started branch i know about essence i was very happy about the services . Frequently went through hairspa done bu aarthi given best which suits for me.

I got a haircut, that was overpriced. Then shampoo and conditioning were fine but the blow dry was not done properly. The assistants were also not giving proper service, and I had to ask them again to do the blow dry again, then they did it properly. Overall I was not satisfied with the service , it could have been much better.
