Hi, I visited your salon yesterday for a haircut and tan face pack, and my mother came along for a pedicure. While we usually like your services, I wanted to share some concerns from this visit. Since it was close to closing time, the staff seemed to be rushing and ended up doing both the haircut and face pack at the same time, which put me in an uncomfortable position. My neck has been hurting since then. If we had been informed about the timing, we would've come at a different hour for a more relaxed experience. Also, during the visit, we felt a bit pressured to opt for more expensive services. In my case, there was constant pushing for costlier packages, and for my mom's pedicure as well, the staff was trying to convince her to take a higher-priced option unnecessarily. We understand recommendations are part of the service, but it would be better if they were made with the customer's comfort and budget in mind, rather than feeling like a sales pitch.

Zeeshan was very good at the service, especially at the massage of neck head, he was polite, friendly, and finished the ends as per our liking, we wanted to have slightly curl at end he complied perfectly, thank you!!!

Loved the service from Sujatha! She did my facial, pedicure, manicure, and waxing, and I'm very satisfied. She is professional, friendly, and very good at her work. Must recommend!

Worst experience, I went for threading and pedicure. I choose the luxury package because staff mentioned that in the normal pedicure there won't be massage and pack. But there was no salt added to the water, applied scrub and there was no mask when asked it was mentioned that scrub is a mask. After doing massage it was said that the pedicure is done. They didn't even change the water.I would say a normal salon is much better than a brand named one that would have done the pedicure step by step. Worst experience ever

Here services are really best. I came from Bengaluru for hair cutting and hair spa. Here IMRAN is the best person he is very professional in work. Pedicure is also best

One of the worst experience I ever had Staff are not at all formal. Management should check out the staff otherwise that would be big mess
