I treated myself with a day to relax and self care at Green trends. Roshini helped me throughout the day with all the services. She gave good suggestions. Hair spa made my hair feel like silk. Facial was just perfect. Pedicure was very thorough and relaxing. Her patience was impeccable, she went with same consistency throughout the day. Thanks for making my day perfect.

I recently visited for a facial and hair spa service, and the experience was amazing! The service was excellent, and the staff (Roshini) who handled my session was very professional and attentive. I could really feel the difference after the treatment -- my skin and hair felt refreshed and rejuvenated

Giving 0 star. This is the more I can rate. I visited the Green Trends outlet last month for a facial for my engagement, but unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. To make matters worse, when I brought this to the attention of the staff, they seemed completely uninterested and unresponsive. They didn't even bother to apologize or offer any solution to address my concerns. The lack of professionalism and customer care displayed by the staff at Green Trends was shocking. As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of service and respect, which was clearly missing in this case. I hope the management takes my feedback seriously and takes necessary steps to improve their services and staff training. Until then, I would not recommend Green Trends to anyone. Update: I have tried to contact the salon in person after my skin got damaged with multiple spots, swelling,black head to report my issue, but they have not even serious to address the issue. They are forced to take a higher package just trying to sell not caring for skin. And I am the paid member for green trends. After Completing 3 months I still have the same problem. Noticed while I go for a short trip even 5 to 10 mins in sun there is lot difference in my skin Still facing same problem even after months

let me start by giving credit where it's due. The staff at Green Trends were incredibly welcoming. As a Telugu speaker, I appreciated that communication was smooth and the team was professional in their initial reception. Their hospitality was top-notch - they were respectful and made me feel comfortable when I first walked in. Like, they were super NICE and all... but here's where everything went downhill. I came in with a specific hairstyle in mind and showed the stylist exactly what I wanted. Instead of listening and delivering what I asked for, he completely BUTCHERED my hair. What started as long hair ended up being cut extremely short - nowhere near the style I had requested. I was like, WTH??? when I confronted him about the drastic change, he had the audacity to GASLIGHT me. Instead of acknowledging his mistake, he tried to convince me that the haircut was exactly what I'd asked for. Seriously? It was painfully obvious that he had completely missed the mark. what truly frustrated me was the stylist's approach. He treated this as just another job, not as an art form. A great hairstylist sees their work as a creative expression, not just a task to be completed. He didn't listen, didn't care about my preferences, and worst of all, refused to take responsibility for his poor work. Like, come on, dude!!! now I'm left dealing with the consequences. Growing out my hair will take ages, and I'm left feeling angry and misunderstood. The time and effort it will take to recover from this haircut is incredibly frustrating. I'm so UPSET about it. avoid Green Trends if u value ur hair. I'm on a mission to find a salon where stylists treat haircutting as an art, not just a mundane job. A place where listening to the client and delivering what they want is the top priority. one thing is certain: I will never, ever return to this salon!!!

Hair smoothening done by eshwar ..was good... Highly professional .....liked the service and oxygen facial done by nagma is also good,and liked it..this branch of green trends is a....good professional service for hair styling and facial services...

We got many services done here. It was outstanding. They were really cooperative and the whole experince was overall excellent. Special credits goes to Nagma for making this wonderful.
