ISASPA Tirupati

I have been an old and regular customer at ISA Spa and have always enjoyed their services. Recently, I visited again for a massage, and as always, the therapist was excellent -- very professional and skilled. The massage itself was truly relaxing and up to the high standards I expect from ISA Spa. However, I was disappointed with the current condition of the facilities. The bathrooms were not clean, with stagnant soap residues and used shampoo bottles left around. There were also continuous noises from doors opening and people moving around, which disturbed the otherwise peaceful environment. When I raised these concerns with the reception, the staff member did not offer an apology and casually mentioned that the bathrooms hadn't been cleaned. I expected a more responsible response like assuring me that it would be immediately addressed. Overall, while the massage quality remains top-notch, the cleanliness and customer service standards have definitely fallen compared to earlier experiences. I hope the management takes these points seriously to maintain the quality that loyal customers like me appreciate.

Services are good but there's something fishy about the billing system. Requested a bill but the receptionist acted shady saying they can only give me a pamphlet with the service selected. Upon insisting that we need a bill,we were given one. I specifically asked for my name on the invoice, not once but several times before going in for the treatment. The receptionist meanwhile has generated the bill with my cousins name. Upon inspecting the bill the GST seemed weird too. Please be aware.

One of the finest place to get a soulful massage in Tirupati. Very professional, very kind with nice hospitality. Especially the therapist Ruthi she is just wow with her work . Must recommend.

I can confidently say this is the best spa in Tirupati. Two months ago, I had a deep tissue therapy session and recently, I tried their signature therapy. Both treatments were done very professionally, and the spa maintains excellent hygiene. I will definitely recommend this spa

Have visited this place recently because of backpain and the therapist here had relived the pain so easily. Would highly recommend this place

Very disappointed with receptionist. I have booked a appointment at 7:30 pm for spa , when I went there he already given appointment to walk in customers directly. Suggested me to take some other service which I don't want . Then what is the use of booking system. Very sad to see this kind customer service from isa spa .. neglecting the customer
