Went in to trim my layers and the result was absolutely pathetic, as you can see in the picture, the 1st one i got it done in naturals chennai.. thought this branch would be good as well, but the results just disappointed me.. bad hair day and not worth the money! And that guy kept pulling my hair and it hurt!! Would not recommend this place. I have a event ahead and this is my hair!! Worst! They replied below without even editing the copy-pasted message!!! Give the [contact info]????? Who is handling these things???

Loved the service of Kousalya akka. She was gentle and caring. She has good guest etiquette. She doesn't made anything in hurry burry even though after skipping her lunch for the service.

Mrs kowsalya greeted us with a warm welcoming smile and gave us more than what we expected it's was a great choice to here to naturals it's worth of each and every penny Coustomer service and treatment was of next level I got a layered cut along with U and curtain bangs and they are very gentle with my hair though out the process

Pathetic and completely unacceptable. Today my sister went to the parlour and she asked for threading and facial services to kaushalya(employee over there) she left my sister in the middle of doing the facial and the cleaning lady .. cleaned the pack ... Not at all acceptable .. if she has some personal works either she should not start it first or should complete it and leave but instead of that she left without even giving notice to us .. atleast if it is emergency she should inform us also right.. after applying the pack on the face .. we are never gonna visit this branch again

I went for baby hair cut, though hair cut service is ok, ambience is worst. AC is too low and not sufficient for the whole space. Please maintain hygiene atleast when doing hair cuts for babies. Sweating like anything and doing hair cut is not acceptable.

Came to naturals for hair cut. It's my 3 visit service was great by Kousalya. Thank you for naturals.
