Dear PRCC Team, I have visited the salon several times and got your services. I am really happy with your quality of service. However , recently when I visited to get my eyebrow shaping , I am not satisfied with the service. Shaping was not done uniformly on both the sides. This review is not to discourage but to help you avoid small mistakes. No matter how great you render ur services , small disappointment to the customer can lead to negative impact. Please concentrate on the staff who are not giving proper service and try to correct them, so you can build a loyal customer base. Thank You.
