I had a very disappointing experience at this hair parlor. I went for hair straightening, and within just three days, my hair turned curly again. I spent a lot of money expecting professional service, but they completely failed to deliver. When I returned to discuss the issue, instead of taking responsibility, they blamed me for the outcome. This is unacceptable! A professional salon should provide proper customer support and resolve concerns rather than shifting blame onto their clients. To make matters worse, the person who performed the straightening wasn't even a professional it was just a trainee! If I'm paying a premium price, I expect the service to be handled by a skilled professional, not someone still learning. Extremely poor customer service and an overall bad experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Firstly, the cost of the service was exorbitant, especially considering the lack of professionalism displayed by the staff. The haircut itself was rushed and poorly executed, leaving me dissatisfied with the result. The trimming was uneven, and it seemed like the stylist lacked proper training or attention to detail. Moreover, the overall atmosphere of the salon was chaotic, with staff members appearing disorganized and indifferent to customer needs. Given the high cost of the service, I expected a much higher standard of quality and professionalism. However, I left the salon feeling disappointed and frustrated. I would not recommend STRENDS to anyone seeking a reliable and skilled hairdressing experience.

Only salon that was available in the early morning hours for us. We were looking for a salon that could provide quick assistance in the early morning hours n everybody else denied, I must say, this was the only salon who agreed to open their outlet and provide assistance in the early morning..while the service eas equally good. Go for it if you're looking for a quick salon service at Tirupati.

One of the worst and unethical people. We had booked the service and cancelled it immediately for some reason. When we spoke to them, they said they will refund but it's been more than 15 days and they are not willing to refund . After 15 days now they are saying refund cannot be done and we need to take the service only.
