I recently visited touch salon for a manicure and was quite disappointed with the experience. The technician left my nails rough, failed to remove the cuticles properly, and even caused a small cut during the process. While the massage was decent, it wasn't enough to make up for the overall poor quality of the service. I expected better attention to detail and care, especially for the price I paid.
