Huge Disappointment, Definitely not a correct choice to visit this place. It's my second visit to cubs and tigers and first time one North Indian hair dresser, I don't remember her name but she did the SPA and it was amazing. Literally I felt so good and professional. With that good experience I have visited the saloon today, totally waste of money waste of time. So unprofessional to be said. The way hair dresser I think her name is Bhavani she doesn't have the skill. I don't think cubs and tigers has checked the individual talent before hiring. I clearly mentioned to use Loreal professional, she did my spa only with Matrix she thinks I can't sense the difference, n with her huge nails she didn't even do the head massage properly. She's in so much hurry to finish the spa she hardly given 5 mins of head massage and then hair wash. And she doesn't even know about the product. She thinks clients are dumb and doesn't know anything about spa but when I asked her about ample she was giving some random explanations about types of spa. I totally got the point that I was in a wrong hands who has bare minimum of knowledge and experience. But never going there neither suggesting anyone. I wish I should have left the saloon when previous hair dresser isn't available. But just gave it a shot which turned out to be so bad. This is also an experience so that we will not make a mistake by visiting again for any kind of services. Thank you Cubs and Tigers

We had a very nice experience with my son's haircut as he is a toddler we are worried but cubs and tigers has made it very simple, overall a good experience. I would recommed this family salon for the best services.
