The girl cutting my hair has no experience, they made it 4 times shorter than agreed amount. The cut was also not that evident. She was cutting my hair while styling it, felt more like for them to get a picture than satisfy and stick to the needs of customers. As a response to the below comment, this is not my first time and I am fully aware of how layers work. The hair ended up being so much shorter than the agreed amount as mentioned above which was stated to the service provider. And who decides whether the customer is happy or not, when I myself state I am not. The call that I received was not to discuss what happened, it was asking to delete my comment which we are not willing to. And what do you mean by uneven growth.. uneven hair cut which is still not resolved by the way. And can you please respect the customer confidentiality and stop revealing the contact names in public places.

I had a great time here recently! Imran helped me style my hair, and the customer service was amazing. They were so helpful and quick to answer our questions.

The service was excellent, as Shivani's behavior was very nice and she treated me politely. Overall, the service was good. Even at the billing counter, the staff, including Jashmin and Gayathri, were great. Fronika was also good. They all provided exceptional service.
