The WORST Salon experience! and still not enough to describe how pathetic their customer service is! A coffee is not enough to make up for lost time and liberty at testing a customer's patience. Basic hairspa, threading and haircut took 2 and half hours. The guy didn't even know how to blow dry and set hair and kept pulling my hair. Yes ofcourse! no one's going to compensate for the bullcrap that I had to endure, and even after trying best not to escalate things, I don't even get an honest apology.
