PATHETIC EXPERIENCE - RUINED MY SISTER'S RECEPTION! I took my wife and sister here for my sister's reception makeup, and honestly, I REGRET IT more than anything. This place is a complete scam and a total disaster -- DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH ANY SPECIAL OCCASION. First of all, the hairstyle didn't even survive for ONE HOUR. It started falling apart while we were still on the way to the venue. For a bridal-style look, this is just shameful. The makeup looked NOTHING like the reference shown. We showed clear photos multiple times -- they still did something completely different and completely terrible. The face looked flat, oily, and totally mismatched. My sister was so upset she had to wipe everything off and redo it at home -- ON HER OWN RECEPTION DAY. Absolutely unacceptable and heartbreaking. The saree draping was a JOKE. It was full of wrinkles, folds, and loose pins. It looked like a first-timer was experimenting on her. Horrible presentation. Because of this so-called "makeover," our reception photos are ruined. All that money spent on the event, and now we're stuck with photos we don't even want to look at. Devi and Alisa handled the work -- and clearly had ZERO professionalism or expertise. The manager was full of fake promises, sweet-talking us just to get the booking. We were charged 18,000 for this absolute mess, and nothing -- literally NOTHING -- lasted more than 2 hours. To make it worse, they took over 3 HOURS for this sloppy job, making us late to our own reception. No apologies, no urgency, just pure carelessness. I am beyond angry. This team destroyed our special day. They are not just unprofessional -- they are careless, untrained, and money-hungry. DO NOT -- I repeat -- DO NOT take any bridal or groom makeup services here. You will only end up disappointed and furious, just like we did.

Loved the service! Have been a loyal customer of naturals in different cites , for the first time visited the kurmanapalem branch. Loved it and was in time of their festival offer. Got my hair spa done only in 400rs and other services were also very affordable . Gonna surely visit them again.

This review is for Naturals, Kurmannapalem. Pedicure is good, however detan facial is not good I wasted 1400 on it. I didnt find any difference of detan. Beautician is speaking on call while doing the service and she forgot to keep steam , remove black heads. When I asked for those she only did remove black heads on nose and said steam wont come in this package where as receptionist explained steam is a part of it before taking the service. She was on call entirely through the service and do not concentrate on facial. She did the facial massage very hard even on eyes and always creams inside nose. She didn't do massage softly during facial and felt not trained one. Not worthy for the money paid. Though they treat us with respect and smiling face the main thing is get good service along with ambiance and hosting.

I had really good experience at the salon today, and satisfying at this saloon. The Manager Prasanth, he is receiving very well and talking good to the clients. I would recommend this saloon for everyone to go.

Wonderful experience. They have nice staffs and ambiance. I had a haircut and spa. Both were amazing experiences. But ,they take high prices. This is not at all an inexpensive saloon.
