Eyebrows threading was turned to be a regretful decision by me. I only went for eye brows but that person insisted me to do for forehead also,I asked her is it need to...and she said yes. But after finishing I clearly told her it's burning but she said I already massaged you. Okay... like lets see it may be happening because I did it after 3months. But it is actually gotten worse at night. I think there is no hair or visual hair to be cleaned on my forehead, that's why my skin has so many cuts by the thread. But was happy with my girl's haircut. But I'll never going to visit there again. One request please be genuine to customer . If it is needed do it carefully.

I recently visited your parlour for waxing, threading, facial, and pedicure services. The ambiance was very pleasant, and the staff was polite and professional. I also appreciated the affordable pricing. However, I felt that the use of products during the services was insufficient. For instance, during the facial massage, the amount of serum used was quite minimal, which affected the experience despite the staff's good massage techniques. Additionally, the pedicure did not meet my expectations; my feet did not feel noticeably improved, and there was no nail shine applied at the end. When I inquired, I was informed that the shiner and nail polish were damaged. I have had these services at other parlours where the product usage made a notable difference in the results. I believe enhancing product usage and ensuring all essential products are available could greatly improve the customer experience and satisfaction at your parlour.
