Snappy styles

Very tensed and bad experience. I went to this salon for Keratin treatment. I told them previous treatments i had whats and when all history. So they suggested Keratin. I agreed and i paid 5000 plus 2600 for Df shampoo and conditioner. At salon after completion of my treatment my hairs were awesome. It was frizz free smooth. I loved it. And then disaster happened. I washed my hairs after a week with shampoo salon gave and after naturally drying it hairs became just like earlier. Hairs were frizzy semi rough and there were no sign of Keratin treated hairs. Refer image 3. I went to salon to ask what went wrong and to my surprise they said that hairs are luking good. Salon stylist said mam this is what u get after treatment. U can't get silky smooth texture after keratin. Jaise aapka hairs hai waisa hee result rehta hai. I was shocked and disappointed. After lots of arguments owner agreed ti give another try. But this time there was no stylist. Some lady did the treatment. Owner was also not present and they said mam ghar pe second wash kar lena and i said but always give second day wash at salon and she was like no no u do at home. It doesn't change anything. I ask ok after that will my hairs vl be good . And she was again i can't guarantee because of your hair quality. by this time i was very much disappointed and had no energy to argue or discuss. I simply left saloon. Very bad experience never going there again. Very unskilled staff. They think only they know the world. Please don't go snappy styles for any kind of hairs treatments. They hv no knowledge and make customers fool.

Un professional, they don't know how to cut in a proper shape, they can't understand what we are saying they do cut as they like, if you want a clean shave and army cut prefer snappy, if you want perfect cut or perfect grooming avoid snappy. 1star rating is also high for better I give( - 5star) those who are beard lovers avoid snappy damn sure you will not satisfied with sanppy cuts l. Good service experience staff facial massage soo relaxed

The people are not only unskilled here they don't even care to admit their mistake. They are either lacking knowledge of basic hair treatments and its results or they are trying to hide there mistake. My wife got a keratin treatment and the treatment came off in one week itself. I recommend not to visit this place for complicated treatments as the staff and the owner both are indifferent and unskilled to handle such processes. Also even the regular services are three times costly.

Not all hairstylists in this saloon are great/experienced. I had an haircut for me and my son and we had to go for another local saloon to get the shapes better. Atmosphere and ambiance is good but hairstylist experts need a replacement.

Worst hair cut ..damaged my silky hair completely. .no experience. Waste money ..asking me talk in hindi ..cheeky basterds

Very worst service..my hair to do parmanent straight..but don't do parmanent straight with worst cream.. donot go any one
