I would avoid this place if I were you. Extremely unprofessional, and unskilled. I'm going to go into extreme detail here, but the gist of it is GO ANYWHERE ELSE. I started off by calling and asking about the prices for a full body wax. I told them that I'd just had a wax a month ago, and asked if they would at least charge me the woman's rate since I had very little hair. They said that they would look at it in person and make a call. However the second I showed up they immediately switched to "no these are the men's prices and that is final". Personally I think these gendered rates are stupid but I'm not arguing that here. What annoys me is the dishonesty. Why pretend as if you're considering a discount if you're not? Then we go into a poorly lit room (not even sure they can see properly) and one of the technicians has a cold, and no mask. I've had waxes plenty of times and this was easily one of the worst ever. The wax wasn't melting properly, they couldnt even pull the strips off in one go, and they kept leaving wax leftover so my whole body just became one big sticky mess. They saw that this was an issue but instead of stopping to figure out the problem, they just kept going. I have a pretty high pain tolerance, but even for me this was extremely painful and I was was left super red and sore. I was very obviously uncomfortable and in pain but they didn't even care.Their attitude throughout was so poor and unfeeling that I just wanted to get out of there. There aren't many places in vizag that wax men (they know this too, and it's very obvious from their smug attitude) which is why I was initially hesitant to leave them an honest review, but after this experience there is no way in heck I'm ever going back there.

Worth for the price. Best service with lot of options in affordable prices. User-friendly interface with quite environment.

Extremely poor experience. Firstly had to wait for 15 mins inspite of prior booking and an empty saloon. The pedicure given was extremely poor. The lady had no idea how to manicure and trim the nails properly, nor did she have adequate instruments to deal with ingrown toe nail. Ended up having a bleeding toe and a badly cut ingrown nail which will further ingrow and cause infection... Extremely poor service.

It's a good place for hair and spa. Had a wonderful visit. Went there 4 times so far and I'll definitely recommend friends and family.. Suvarna and Pooja made it a special for me during my visits. Although Laxmi Sailaja service is not that great.

Worst Saloon & Spa have ever visited. Vendor is kinda manipulating the customers to have botax treatment and not mentioning the precautions to taken before customer agrees to the treatment which needs costly products. Once the customer agrees and done with the treatment then the cunning vendor revealing about the precautions to be taken which even costs more the botax treatment. Now the hair is completely damaged just after a single wash. I won't suggest this Saloon & Spa. Even my sister suffered from the same situation which had botax treatment on the same day.
