I got a facial done yesterday. Despite taking an appointment one day prior, the staff couldn't provide me with an experienced beautician. The staff didn't care at all as I took an online appointment. Nothing against the beautician, I felt very disappointed with the staff in the branch.

This is my Genuine review. I went for the first time for a hair spa .. some one assigned me Revathi.. she did a good job. Iam so happy . Service superb.

I got a good hospitality n treatment too in Vizag VLCC branch. Treatments are advanced and staff with technical knowledge where it helped me to get a good inch loss. Thank you .
