Naturals Salon

I had a terrible experience at Naturals Salon in Vizianagaram. The staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. During the hair wash, the lady used hot water in peak summer and was so careless that water kept spilling all over my face. When I told her it was uncomfortable, she argued, saying the problem was with the tap and that if I had an issue, I should take it up with the management instead of expecting her to do anything about it. She didn't even apply conditioner. For the blow dry, despite my clear request for curls at the ends, she just did a basic blow dry without confirming. Throughout the process, she had a bad attitude--throwing things around, making faces, and acting intimidating, making the entire experience uncomfortable. On top of that, they refused to honor my Naturals membership from Hyderabad, claiming they couldn't find my details, and charged extra. Prices are higher than other Naturals branches, but the service is the worst. This place does not meet the standards of other Naturals salons, and I question its credibility. Definitely not recommended!

I had a facial and it was so good it was done by Kanna i highly recommended her! The entire facial tym i enjoyed my service, thank you Kanna for your amazing service :)
